I came up with this fun little dish because I was doing a macro counting diet. This dish is a very well balanced protein, fats, and carbs ratio. Its up there on the calories because i would use the fats from the feta and the carbs from the whole wheat pasta to keep my full after lunch because that was when i would be very physically active for my job. I do love the flavor combinations of the dish with the light acids from the tomatoes and vinaigrette paired with the textures of the feta, noodles and the grape tomatoes, down to the really great kick and flavor the tuna brings to the dish.
Ingredients:
63g whole wheat penne pasta
