Ingredients 3 Large Carrots 2 tbsp Balsamic glaze 2 cubes of miso 1tsp of butter salt and pepper Cook Time: 15 mins Serving Size: 1 serving Calories: 174 Carbs: 34g Fats: 3g Protein: 2g Directions 1. Cut the carrots in half vertically 2. Drizzle olive oil and crushed miso cubes over the top of your carrots. Make sure they are well coated by mixing with your hands 3. Heat a frying pan and put the carrots in the pan 4. Let the carrots cook, occasionally flipping them, until desired softness. (I tend to like a little crunch in them still but you can cook until they don't) 5. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top. Make sure they are covered well. 6. Serve warm Enjoy!
