This feel good creamy mushroom sauce in fantastic. It is also very simple and easy to make in 30-1hr.
Ingredients:
For the Pork:
2 3oz Chicken breast
2 cups of mushrooms sliced
1 clove garlic minced
1/2 onion (yellow or white) cubed
1/2 cup diced bacon cubed
1/2 cup white wine (dry)
1 cup whole milk
2 tbsps flour
1/2 lemon juice

Directions:
1. Heat your oven to 300F
2. Coat chicken in salt and pepper and
3. Heat a regular pan to high with olive oil and put chicken in browning it on each side (5mins per side)
4. transfer chicken to baking sheet and place in the oven and cook until internal temp is 165 F
5. In the same pan as the chicken, add a drizzle of olive oil, minced garlic and diced onions. and once the onions are fragrant add the mushrooms and bacon bits
6. when bacon is cooked almost crispy add flour and mix around for 10 seconds then add the white wine.
7. the White wine will bubble and start to cook off, when bubbles settle and the browness from the pan begins to wash away turn you heat down to low
8. Pour in milk slowly stirring frequently.
9. Start to turn heat up to med high and let the milk simmer and thicken stirring occasionally.
10. Once milk is at desired thickness squeeze in lemon.
11. Take your chicken and slice into inch thick strips horizontally and put on a plate, top with the mushroom sauce.
