Each of these sauces only requires a food processor and a spoon for mixing into the yogurt base and thats all you need to do! It takes 5 mins to make, but a life time to forget.

The Classic:
This one is for starters, you cant go wrong with the classic that everyone will enjoy, use it as a dressing, sauce or a dip. The classic was made for everyone! It goes with all kinds of meat veggies or crackers. My favorite is using it as a dip with some slices peppers and cucumbers!
Ingredients
1 cup Plain greek yogurt
1/2 of a lemons juice
1/4 cup grated cucumber (dried in paper towel)
1 clove of minced/roasted garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp chopped dill
1 tbsp of chopped lemon grass
1/2 tsp curry powder

Blue Me Away
If you are a blue cheese lover this is the one for you. I am not usually a huge fan of it but the combo here is one of my favorites. Use this one with gyros or any kind of red meat and people will go nuts. I especially love how the flavor of this tends to go so well with heavy red meat to lighten it up.
