Spaghetti and Meatballs

Ingredients:

1/3 lb ground turkey/lamb

1/4 lb of ground beef/pork

1/3 lb of ground sausage

1/2 cup flower or seasoned bread crumbs

5 balls of mozzarella

1/2 package egg papperedelli noodles

2 serrano peppers

1/2 yellow onion

1/2 jar of marinara (if needed)

4 tomatoes

3 cups of beef stock

3 cups of heavy cream

1 tbsp Chicken Salt, corriander, cumin,

1 tbsp chilli flakes

3 cloves of garlic


Cook Time: 1hr

Recipe:

1. Add ground lamb, pork and sausage to a bowl

2. Add eggs, flour, and all of your seasonings

3. Mix together very well

4. Make your meat balls by taking a palm sized amount and gently rolling into a ball

5. Chop up serrano peppers, tomatoes, onion, and garlic

6. heat a pan with olive oil and add peppers, garlic and onions

7. let that cook until fragrant and the onion is translucent

8. Add tomatoes and cook until it becomes a chunky sauce texture

9. Transfer to a pot or slow cooker and add in your meatballs, beef stock, and heavy cream

10. Add in your noodles and let the mixture cook your noodles 5-10 mins on medium

11. taste and add spices to taste

12. add in mozzarella and cook until the mozzarella is melted

13. Serve Hot
