Ingredients:
1 cup, cauliflower, broccoli,
1 bell pepper
2 large carrots
1/2 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1/3 package of spaghetti noodles
1/2 lb pork
3 tbsps balsamic
1/3 cup of white wine
1 tbsp greek seasoning
1/2 cup orange juice
1tbsp brown sugar
1/2 cup cashews
2 tsps sesame seeds
salt and pepper
1 tbsp flour

Recipe:
1. Boil water with salt and add your spaghetti noodles. MAKE SURE you are keeping an eye on it while doing other steps (they should cook in 7-10 mins)
2. Chop cauliflower, broccoli, onions, bell pepper, carrots and garlic
3. Heat a pan over medium/high heat with butter/olive oil and add your garlic, onion, crushed cashews and sesame seeds. Once onions are translucent add veggies
4. Cut pork into cubes of 1 inch x 1 inch and season with salt pepper, and greek seasoning.
5. Heat pan with butter and add your pork and cook until 145F 5-7 mins on medium/high
6. Take your meat and add it to the veggie mix leaving he juices in the pan. Turn down to low
7. In the pan with the juices keep on medium high add balsamic, white wine, orange juice, brown sugar, and flour.
8. Cook until mixture thickens to your liking but not more than a runny syrup.
9. Add noodles to your plate, veggies and meat on top, then drizzle sauce on the top
