I love this recipe because of its simplicity. My Partner and I were doing a low carb diet and I was craving carbs. This was one of the replacements we came up with that helped trick me into thinking I
was eating the carbs i wanted. With some sugar free syrup its satisfies on every level
Ingredients:
1 banana
2 large eggs
1/2 tbsp sugar/cinnamon
pinch of salt
2 tbsps of sugar free syrup
Cook Time: 5 mins
Serving Size: 2 (4oz)
Recipe:
1. Mash banana
2. Add eggs
3. Mix together until banana isn't chunky
4. Add sugar, cinnamon, and salt
5. Mix well
6. Melt butter in a pan and add half of the mixture
7. Flip when the spatula easily separates pancake from pan
8. Same with the other side
9. Repeat cook with the second half of the mixture
10. Add sugar free syrup to the top
